What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?

In-Store Pickup

In-Store Pickup is available for all purchases.  Pickups are available Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 6pm EST and Saturday from 10am to 3pm EST.  Pickups are available at our Shelby location, 228 S Lafayette St, Shelby NC 28150.  An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $75.

Standard Shipping Rates

Standard - 2 to 6 days - $3.95 (for 0 to 0.99 pounds)

Standard - 2 to 6 days - $6.95 (for 1 pound and above)

Expedited Shipping Rates

Expedited - 1 to 3 days - $15.95 

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Do you deliver internationally?

We do not offer International Shipping.

Are there other Shipping Restrictions?

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday through Friday.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delated for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
